ABOUT ME

I'm Jojo and I have over 8 years of hula hooping experience. This year I decided to get serious about sharing the hooplove and the wonderful health benefits it can provide, not only the cardiovascular improvements, but also coordination and balance.Not to mention how much fun it is. The biggest reason I want to share Hula Hooping Fitness is to see the happiness and joy in peoples faces.

I've recently completed my CERTIFICATE III in Fitness (Group Fitness and Gym Instructor) and am currently half way through CERTIFICATE IV in Fitness (Personal trainer). As you can see I am passionate about hooping and fitness and am excited to bring the two together and provide a service to those wanting to get fit whilst having fun.
